Responsibilities:

Reports to the Head of Media Buying. Works with Studio and Funnels team daily.

Mission: scale adult traffic profitably through disciplined testing, creative iteration, and operational stability.

What you will do:
– Launch, optimize, and scale adult acquisition campaigns across your channel stack
– Build testing roadmap: placements, angles, creatives, and budget allocation
– Collaborate with Studio on briefs and iteration; feed learning into next tests.
– Work with Funnels team to align angles, landers, and messaging to traffic intent.

How we see your first 90 days
Week 1-2: audit current adult campaigns and identify fastest wins.
Weeks 3-6: increase testing cadence and stabilize profitable spend.
Weeks 7-12: scale winners and build repeatable adult playbook.

Requirements:

– 3+ years in adult traffic buying or adult performance marketing
– Adult traffic buying experience is required
– Strong testing discipline and operational habits
– Comfort working in fast, high-output environment with daily iteration.
