Marketing Manager (iGaming)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency — a company deeply embedded in the iGaming, high-risk, and affiliate hiring space. We’re currently looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes the iGaming/Gambling/Betting world. This is not about content creation — we already have two strong creatives on the team. We’re looking for a networking powerhouse who knows the industry from the inside and can build partnerships where others just scroll and like.

Responsibilities:

Strengthen the Headshot brand presence both online and offline
Represent the company at industry events (Sigma, iGB, SBC, etc.) — not just as a guest but as a connector and dealmaker
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key players in the industry
Initiate and coordinate campaigns, collabs, and B2B activations
Monitor the market and suggest growth opportunities
Work closely with our content creators to align messaging and execution
Track performance of marketing channels (SMM, PR, events, targeting) and evaluate ROI
Prepare regular reports with performance and KPI insights

Requirements:

3+ years of marketing, PR, or events experience, ideally in B2B or iGaming verticals
Deep industry network and understanding of the iGaming ecosystem
Confident communicator with all types of stakeholders — from early-stage founders to industry veterans
Experience attending and activating at industry conferences
Know how to turn cold leads into warm partnerships
Strong understanding of business goals and ability to act as a growth driver, not just a task-taker
Experience in HR/recruitment space is a plus
Russian (fluent) and English (B2+) — required
