Marketing Analyst (Traffic & Performance)

Our client is a fast-growing company in the iGaming / affiliate marketing space, part of one of the largest Cyprus-based holdings in the betting and gaming industry. They work with high-volume traffic across multiple GEOs and acquisition channels, and they’re scaling their analytics function to make sharper, data-driven decisions about player acquisition.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across Europe. You’ll join a focused analytics function where your insights directly shape marketing and product strategy — backed by the resources and stability of a major international holding, but with the pace and ownership of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of acquisition channels (Affiliate, SEO, ASO, PPC, Direct, Email, Push, etc.);
  • Segment traffic by GEO, device, source, and user type;
  • Calculate and monitor key metrics: ROI, CPA, LTV, ARPU, Retention, as well as industry-specific metrics (FTD, Deposit/Redeposit, GGR/NGR, RevShare);
  • Prepare regular reporting on traffic, conversions, and marketing campaign performance;
  • Analyze the conversion funnel and identify growth opportunities;
  • Form hypotheses and analyze A/B test results;
  • Prepare analytical recommendations for the marketing and product teams;
  • Analyze user behavior, retention, and churn;
  • Assess the impact of promotions, bonuses, and product changes on business metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Product Analyst;
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets;
  • SQL skills sufficient to write queries for data extraction and analysis;
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar);
  • Understanding of core marketing and product metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate, etc.);
  • Experience analyzing advertising traffic and conversion funnels;
  • Basic understanding of attribution principles and web/mobile analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar);
  • Experience analyzing A/B test results;
  • Ability to work with large datasets and prepare analytical reporting;
  • Ability to draw conclusions and propose data-driven solutions;
  • English at Intermediate level or above

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing;
  • Experience with trackers (Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, etc.);
  • Experience setting up A/B tests, not just analyzing their results;
  • Understanding of iGaming unit economics (GGR/NGR, RevShare, CPA by deposits).
