The company is building a fast-growing AI product for the international market and is now looking for a strong Lead SMM / Social Lead who can take ownership of the social media direction.

This is not a role for someone who only manages processes. The team is looking for a senior hands-on specialist who can build strategy, work with content directly, and understand how social media influences product and business results.

Responsibilities:

Build and develop the SMM strategy for the product
Own the main social channels: Instagram, TikTok, X
Create and improve content ideas that feel fresh and relevant
Work with content hands-on, not only through delegation
Test new formats, growth ideas, and content hypotheses
Analyze not only reach and engagement, but also how content affects funnel and business metrics
Track performance and understand what social media brings to the product
Work with texts, creatives, AI tools, and content production
Give direction to other people involved in content and keep the quality high

Requirements:

Strong experience in SMM / Social / Content
Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, and X
Ability to build a strategy and move within this strategy
Good understanding of metrics, conversions, retention, growth, and funnel logic
Strong hands-on approach: ready to both think and do
Good taste, strong content sense, and understanding of modern content trends
Confidence in a fast, changing environment where quick decisions are needed
Experience with AI tools and willingness to actively use them in work
English: confident C1
Russian: required

Nice to Have

Experience in AI, Dating, Funtech, iGaming, entertainment, creator economy
Experience in startup or fast product teams
Experience creating content for English-speaking audiences
Comfort working with NSFW / adult-style visual content as part of the product context

Important to Know

This role is for someone who cares about business impact, not only about beautiful content
The team wants a person who understands how content can move users through the funnel
Portfolio is very important for this search
If there is no portfolio, links to social accounts, projects, or published content are also okay
The team values people who are proactive, strong in ideas, and not afraid to speak up
This is a product team with a startup mindset, so the pace can be intense at times
