We want a senior B2C product designer who is conversion-aware, fast in execution, and can own core user flows like a growth lever.
Reports to the CTO. Works closely with the CEO and Product Managers. Partners with Engineering on implementation.

Responsibilities:

Own product UX across web: core flows, paywalls, onboarding, monetization surfaces, and retention loops.
Own product UX across web: core flows, paywalls, onboarding, monetization surfaces, and retention loops.
Turn business goals into UX solutions: map journeys, design experiments, iterate based on
data.
Produce high-quality designs in Figma with strong systems (components, tokens, UI kit).
Work with PMs to define hypotheses and success metrics; collaborate with analysts for measurement.
Partner with engineers to ship quickly: spec clearly, QA implementation, iterate.

Requirements:

5+ years in product UI/UX (B2C).
Strong Figma and design systems ability; can move fast without mess.
Experience collaborating tightly with PM + engineering in a high-tempo environment.
A portfolio showing product thinking + shipped work + measurable impact.
