Identify and purchase advertising integrations from influencers and niche media platforms
Manage media plans and marketing budgets
Analyze traffic sources and optimize for performance metrics
Build and lead a team of media buyers and contractors
Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and audience behavior in the iGaming and high-risk sectors

Requirements:

Proven experience in media buying and influencer acquisition
Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret metrics, reports, and tracking tools
Leadership skills and willingness to build processes from scratch
Deep understanding of digital audiences and emerging marketing trends
