Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing global clients.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and meet growth targets for key accounts.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests effectively and on time.
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and strengthen client engagement.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in account management, preferably in electronic payments, forex, or iGaming sectors.
• An existing client portfolio is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of digital payments and international client servicing.
• Excellent communication skills, independence, and a strong focus on results.
• Ability to work remotely and manage international accounts effectively.
