We are Headshot Recruitment agency and our client is an established iGaming company operating in 50+ countries across Europe, LATAM, and Asia. With a deep focus on payments and compliance, the companny delivers scalable solutions for clients in regulated and high-growth markets. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are hiring a Key Account Manager to take ownership of strategic client relationships, support growth initiatives, and bring structured excellence to our account operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
Ensure high client satisfaction and deliver growth plans across key accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor — understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet service expectations.
Monitor account performance, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.
Analyze the market and competitors to support client growth and retention.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a similar role, ideally in iGaming or electronic payments.
Understanding of payment processing and account servicing in global markets.
Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
Independent, structured, and result-driven professional.
Existing portfolio of clients is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fluent English is required (additional languages are a plus).
Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones.

Nice to Have

Experience managing clients in high-risk verticals (Gambling, FinTech, Crypto).
Background in technical account management or PSPs.
Knowledge of compliance or AML/KYC in global payment ecosystems.
