We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions in the non-IT, fintech, and high-risk sectors. This role involves conducting initial interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing the entire recruitment process, building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Russian language
  • 1+ year of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter;
  • Experience in closing C level positions and non IT positions;
  • Proficiency in using candidate sourcing tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
  • Familiarity with various candidate sourcing channels and platforms;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records:
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills;
  • Upper intermediate spoken and written English.
    As a plus

    • Knowledge of the Fintech industry and its talent landscape
