The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions in the digital, gamedev, and high-risk sectors. This role involves conducting initial interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process, building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Search for and attract candidates for various positions in the digital, gamedev, and high-risk sectors.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1 level); knowledge of Russian and other languages is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter; experience in the high-risk sphere is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skills in working with recruitment tools and databases; experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, boolean/x-ray search, and other candidate search tools.
  • Organization: High degree of self-organization and responsibility.
