Junior Business Development Manager (Fintech | Cyprus | Hybrid)
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — Matrix Partners, an international fintech company focused on delivering cutting-edge payment solutions for SMBs and high-risk verticals — is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join their team in Cyprus.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to start or grow their career in B2B sales, account coordination, and fintech, working directly with senior team members in a fast-paced and international environment.
Responsibilities:
Search for potential leads via Telegram groups, LinkedIn, and other online channels
Process inbound leads and handovers from senior BDMs
Conduct initial qualification calls and present standard offers
Prepare and send commercial proposals to prospects
Provide administrative support to the Business Development team
Maintain CRM records and update lead statuses
Coordinate with the technical team to track integration timelines
Prepare standard documentation for integrations and onboarding
Schedule meetings, product demos, and internal syncs
Requirements:
University degree or current student in Business, Finance, or related fields
Initial experience in sales, marketing, or client communication is a plus
Basic understanding of payments or financial systems
Confident use of office tools (Excel, Google Docs) and CRM platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
English proficiency (B2+); Russian is a plus
