We want a senior internal IT operator who can set up clean systems, move fast, and keep security + access under control as we scale.

Reports to the CTO. Works closely with People Ops for onboarding/offboarding and supports all departments daily.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage company workspaces and tooling: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Linear, GitHub, password manager, VPN.

• Own onboarding/offboarding: account provisioning, permissions, device setup, security checks, and checklists (same-day readiness).

• Maintain access control and role-based permissions across tools; run periodic access reviews.

• Manage devices and IT inventory: laptops, peripherals, replacements, and vendor coordination.

• First-line IT support: troubleshoot, document fixes, reduce repeat issues with better systems.

• Help CTO in automating processes and pipelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT systems admin / IT ops / internal tools.

• Hands-on experience with Workspace administration, identity/access, and SaaS tool

provisioning.

• Strong operational habits: checklists, documentation, and fast, reliable execution.

• Security mindset (2FA/SSO/least privilege) without slowing the business.

• Automation experience.

• DevOps knowledge will be a pluss
