We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a dynamic digital marketing company operating in high-traffic verticals such as gambling, betting, adult, and mainstream. With a strong presence in advertising networks and a track record of attending major affiliate conferences worldwide, they are now expanding their sales and client management team.

To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled Hunter / Account Manager with hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and account handling within advertising networks.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new advertisers, focusing on gambling, betting, adult, and mainstream traffic
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, onboarding, and post-sale communication
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring performance and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely reporting
• Leverage your network and industry knowledge to increase company reach
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (e.g., Affiliate World)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or advertising networks, including hunting and managing advertiser accounts
• Understanding of traffic verticals: gambling, betting, adult, and mainstream
• Existing advertiser base or network will be a significant plus
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Self-motivation, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with companies like ClickAdilla, Adsterra, or similar is highly preferred
