We want a senior People Ops operator who can run hiring operations at speed and keep the company organized under high workload.

Reports to the CEO. Works with CTO and CMO on hiring priorities and team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Own hiring operations: coordination with headhunters, scheduling, scorecards, pipeline reporting, and onboarding process.

• Own People Ops operations and internal documentation; support contracts/admin coordination.

• Office management in Limassol: vendors, supplies, coordination, basic logistics.

• Conference logistics and travel planning when needed (low volume, high importance).

Requirements:

• 3+ years in People Ops / HR Ops / Office Management.

• Extremely organized, proactive, and reliable; comfortable with confidential information.

• Comfort in a performance culture: hiring for output and accountability.
