Head of Sales
An international fintech platform providing comprehensive crypto and fiat payment solutions for global businesses. The company operates across Europe, the CIS region, Asia and the Middle East, and is actively expanding its presence in new markets. Due to rapid growth, the company is strengthening its Sales function and is looking for a strong Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Build and scale the sales direction: strategy, processes, priorities
Actively acquire new B2B clients (outbound & networking)
Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to successful onboarding
Conduct negotiations with key merchants and partners
Optimize the CRM pipeline and key sales metrics
Work with international markets (Asia, Europe, MENA)
Represent the company at industry and fintech conferences
In the long term — hire, mentor and develop the Sales team
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience in fintech / payment solutions / high-risk verticals
Successful track record closing international merchants end-to-end
Strong understanding of crypto and fiat payment processes, PSP models and integrations
Experience managing or mentoring a small team
English — Upper-Intermediate+ (calls and business communication)
Result-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills
Nice to have:
Existing network in payments / high-risk industry
Experience working with Asia, MENA and European markets
Participation in key industry events (SBC, SiGMA, Money20/20, etc.)
