We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a performance marketing company operating in high-risk verticals. The company is currently seeking a hands-on Head of PPC to launch and scale PPC campaigns from scratch, manage a team of media buyers, and ensure strong ROI performance across global markets.

We are looking for a Head of PPC with deep expertise in paid advertising mechanics, cloaking strategies, and team leadership. This is a strategic role for a candidate who is ready to build PPC infrastructure, train a performance-focused team, and deliver scalable results across multiple GEOs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale PPC systems from scratch, including campaign structure, automation, and workflow templates
• Develop and document team systems including roles, accesses, SOPs, and onboarding processes
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of media buyers with a focus on performance metrics (CR, EPC, ROI)
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements and scaling strategies
• Handle GEO restrictions and moderation bypasses using advanced cloaking tools and proxies
• Launch, test, and optimize high-volume PPC campaigns in high-risk verticals
• Work with cross-functional teams on lander A/B tests, licensing strategies, and traffic quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience launching PPC campaigns from scratch and scaling profitable traffic flows
• Expertise in cloaking logic, proxy configuration, and anti-detect tools
• Hands-on knowledge of P&L analytics, A/B testing, Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure with a focus on ROI-driven actions
• Experience managing teams and structuring performance workflows
• Knowledge of tracker systems, certification requirements, and how to obtain them
• Resilience in unstable traffic environments and high adaptability
