This role requires expertise in performance marketing, paid media campaigns, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving customer acquisition costs, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive online acquisition strategies to drive scalable user growth.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create engaging and high-performing marketing assets.
• Oversee budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and pay-per-click advertising to maximize website visibility and traffic.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and derive insights to adjust campaigns and strategies for better performance, deep understanding of key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), retention rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • In-depth knowledge of the gambling sector, including online casinos, sports betting, and emerging trends like fantasy games, esports betting, others.
  • The ability to allocate marketing budgets efficiently, balancing acquisition costs with revenue generation. Competence in forecasting financial outcomes based on marketing initiatives and optimizing investment in channels with the best returns.
  • Expertise in understanding and managing customer journeys from acquisition to retention, increasing loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Ability to think critically and solve challenges creatively, particularly in a highly competitive and regulated industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey strategies, performance, and insights to teams, executives, and partners.

Required Expertise:

  • Proven expertise in a senior leadership role responsible for the Italian market, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and strategic oversight of the online market dynamics.
  • Experience operating in gambling or other high risk fast expanding online industry with a track record of performance growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, experienced in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and execution abilities.
