Responsibilities:

Mission: own paid growth profitably across adult + mainstream and build a scalable acquisition machine driven by disciplined testing and creative iteration.

What you will do:
– Be hands-on: launch, optimize, and scale campaigns yourself when needed
– Manage media buyers and enforce testing and scaling standards across lanes (adult +mainstream)
– Drive the creative loop: briefs, feedback, iteration, and scaling winners with the Studio.

How we see your first 90 days
Week 1-2: audit accounts, define testing framework, establish reporting cadence.
Weeks 3-6: stabilize tracking, increase creative testing volume, scale what works.
Weeks 7-12: build repeatable scaling engine with improved unit economics.

Requirements:

Experience:
– 7+ years in performance marketing/media buying + at least 1 time leading a team as Head/Lead
– Strong creative judgment and deep understanding of testing and iteration loops
– Comfort operating under constraints with disciplined solutions
– Data-driven leadership; can run a growth routine like a Swiss watch.
