We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to oversee and scale marketing efforts across Tier-3 regions including Asia, LATAM, and Africa. The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer with strong leadership skills, deep iGaming expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams and funnels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead both the strategic and operational management of the entire marketing function
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention
• Analyze key performance metrics and financial results, optimizing campaigns and team output
• Manage cross-functional marketing teams: Affiliate, SEO, SMM, Sales, and Media Buying
• Design and implement effective acquisition funnels, tailored for regional market needs
• Test and launch new traffic sources and manage budgets efficiently
• Drive results through core traffic channels: ASO, media buying, Facebook Ads, in-app, PPC, and others
• Ensure smooth collaboration with product, analytics, and business units to improve market performance
• Scale organic traffic and build robust SEO strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing within the iGaming industry, with a focus on performance marketing
• Experience in related verticals such as crypto, forex, or dating is a plus
• Proven success in working with Tier-3 markets (Asia, Africa, LATAM)
• Deep understanding of traffic channels such as Facebook Ads, ASO, and tools required for high ROI
• Strong analytical and funnel design skills for acquisition and retention
• Track record of team leadership — both in-house and external partners
• Ability to evaluate traffic quality and optimize for performance metrics in iGaming
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency in analyzing marketing reports and KPIs
• English fluency required
