Head of Marketing — iGaming (Casino Affiliate Program)

An international product company in iGaming is looking for a strong Head of Marketing to take full ownership of the product’s marketing function and drive its growth.

This is a role for a marketing leader with a 360° approach — someone who builds strategy, unites different disciplines into one coherent system, and knows how to manage teams and cross-functional processes. Not a narrow single-channel specialist, but a person who sees marketing as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive the overall product marketing strategy
  • Own traffic and user acquisition end to end
  • Build the marketing calendar and launch integrated, event-driven campaigns around sports and entertainment moments
  • Scale existing GEOs and build the strategy for entering new markets
  • Align marketing with Product, CRM, BI, Affiliate and commercial teams
  • Manage the full player lifecycle: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Reactivation
  • Grow the brand, find new points of growth, and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing within iGaming
  • Experience with online casino, multi-brand products, operator brands or large iGaming holdings
  • Deep understanding of the full player lifecycle
  • Proven track record building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Experience managing several marketing directions at once
  • Strong leadership and experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors
  • Hands-on exposure across a mix of Brand, CRM, Affiliate, Product, Influencer, Community, Content, PR, UA and Analytics/Performance is a plus — you don’t need to master every area, but you should understand how they work together
