We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is looking for a Head of Legal to structure and manage legal aspects of investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, overseeing corporate governance and compliance, conducting legal research, and managing relationships with external legal advisors.

Responsibilities:

Structure and manage legal aspects of investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including investment agreements and term sheets.
Oversee corporate governance and compliance for group entities.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on regulatory and corporate matters.
Manage relationships with external legal advisors to ensure deal efficiency.

Requirements:

Degree in Law; LLM from a top-tier university is preferred.
3+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong background in M&A, venture capital, and international corporate law.
Proficient in English law, international tax, and intellectual property (IP) law.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Fluent in English; Russian and other languages are a plus.
