Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive risk and compliance strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of industry developments to update policies and procedures accordingly.
Ensure adherence to licensing jurisdictions, AML regulations, and responsible gaming standards.
Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, abuse, and regulatory breaches.
Lead and mentor the KYC and Risk Management teams, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations related to KYC processes, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of compliance measures.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on risk and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior compliance or risk management role within the iGaming or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of KYC processes, AML regulations, and responsible gaming practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
