Responsibilities:

Mission: acquisition, funnel conversion, creative systems and scale product profitably.

What you will do
– Own growth strategy and execution: paid acquisition, affiliates, funnel conversion, and brand/social coordination
– Set KPIs, budgets, and operating cadence (weekly planning, daily scoreboards, monthly reviews)
– Hire, manage, and develop the growth org; enforce accountability and fast execution.

How we see your first 90 days
Week 1-2: audit growth engines, define KPI baselines, establish operating cadence
Weeks 3-6: fix bottlenecks (creative, funnel velocity, tracking), increase testing volume
Weeks 7-12: scale profitable channels and build predictable growth machine with clear ownership.

Requirements:

Experience:
– 7+ years in B2C growth/marketing + at least 1 time in a Head/CMO/Director-level leadership role
– Proven leadership and management in a performance environment
– Hands-on performance background: you understand media buying, funnels, and creative iteration deeply
– Data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional communication.
