Head of CRM (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to lead the development of the CRM function and build a structured approach to user communications within the product.

This is a high-impact role: you will be responsible for strategy, team management, and directly influencing key business metrics such as retention, LTV, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for shaping CRM into a key growth driver for the product.

Your scope will include:

  • Building and executing the CRM strategy (email, push, SMS, in-app)
  • Managing the CRM team (hiring, development, prioritization)
  • Developing and optimizing automated flows: welcome, retention, reactivation
  • Creating and evolving the content strategy for user communications
  • Deep segmentation of the user base and personalization of user experience
  • Running A/B/n tests and implementing best practices
  • Analyzing and improving key metrics: Retention, LTV, ARPU, Churn
  • Monitoring channel performance and CRM ROI
  • Close collaboration with product, marketing, analytics, and design teams

Important: this is not purely a managerial role — we are looking for someone who understands the processes in depth and is ready to be hands-on when needed.

Requirements:

We are looking for a strong practitioner with iGaming experience who has already led CRM or is ready to step into a Head-level role.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM in iGaming (casino) → must have iGaming (casino) experience
  • 2+ years in a Head/Lead role (or readiness to step up)
  • Mandatory experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io (or similar tools: Braze / Iterable)
  • Strong expertise in segmentation and personalization
  • Deep understanding of key metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, conversions) and ability to manage them
  • Experience managing a team
  • Data-driven decision-making approach

What You Should Know

  • You will manage a team of 3 CRM managers (Senior + 2 Junior) with the opportunity to scale
  • High level of autonomy and impact on the product
  • Work with Tier-1 markets
