We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client a fast-growing iGaming company is seeking a Head of B2C to drive the success of their new online casino business, from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
• Hire, organize, and lead a cross-functional B2C team including designers, retention experts, and affiliate managers
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure platform scalability and technical performance
• Define and execute a comprehensive B2C strategy: product positioning, user acquisition, retention
• Lead marketing efforts: affiliate marketing, paid traffic, CRM, SEO, and brand building
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and iGaming standards
• Set key performance indicators and apply data-driven management
• Optimize player lifecycle and engagement through data insights and targeted campaigns
Requirements:
• Proven iGaming experience, especially in B2C operations
• Track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, player behavior, and user retention
• Experience with affiliate programs, media buying, and CRM tactics
• Technical acumen to effectively collaborate with development and product teams
• Analytical mindset and experience using metrics to drive performance
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
