Head of Analytics (Product & Data). Adult

We are looking for Lead/Head Analyst to manage a team of 5 Product and Data Analytics in an Adult AI start-up/product.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product impact by leading analytics initiatives focused on pricing, monetization, and retention.
  • Own end-to-end execution: present insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO/CPOs and ensure implementation.
  • Coordinate and mentor a team of 2–3 product analysts and 1–2 data engineers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product and operations teams: manage requests, investigate incidents, and define priorities.
  • Improve the efficiency of analytics processes, including A/B testing and release validation.

Requirements:

  • 6+YoE in Analytics, 2+ YoE in a leadership position.
  • Strong experience in product analytics with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Leadership skills to manage and grow a cross-functional data team.
  • Ability to present actionable insights to top management and influence decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
  • Ambition to deliver measurable impact (e.g., +25% growth in ARPU, retention, or revenue within 3 months)
