Full Stack Developer (React + Nest.js) — Web3 Launchpads
We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a fast-growing Web3 company — is building smooth, blazing-fast presale platforms for crypto projects. They’re now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team and boost the UX for thousands of users.
Responsibilities:
Join an active team on a live Web3 product (presale / launchpad platform)
Develop responsive UI components in React + Typescript
Integrate wallet connectors (e.g., Wagmi) and Web3 functionality
Design and build backend services using Nest.js, including CRM features
Ensure high performance during presale events (scale, UX, stability)
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and ship updates fast
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
Work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Javascript, Typescript, React, Nest.js
Strong understanding of Web3 architecture and tools
Hands-on with wallet integration (Wagmi, WalletConnect, etc.)
Experience building and scaling backend systems (REST APIs, CRM logic, DB)
Understanding of blockchain networks: Ethereum, BSC, etc.
Clear and structured problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
Conversational English for daily communication
Experience with smart contracts and blockchain transactions
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or other cloud setups
Work across multiple blockchain protocols
