Role Overview
Quantum Rise is seeking a Financial Manager / Financial Analyst to oversee financial and operational processes in Cyprus: primary accounting support, interaction with external accountants, payment control, financial reporting, audit assistance, banking compliance, and budgeting.
The role combines operational finance with analytical work (cash flow, cost analysis, forecasting). Growth into a Finance Manager role is possible after onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Documentation
– Maintain and monitor income and expense accounting
– Manage primary documents and ensure timely submission to accounting
– Prepare data for audits and internal reviews
– Store contracts, invoices, reports, and confirmations
– Update financial data in accounting and back-office systems
– Prepare management reports (BS, PL, CF)
– Analyze cash flows, costs, and financial indicators
Payments & Operational Control
– Process payment requests and monitor budgets
– Conduct local and international payments
– Reconcile transactions
– Upload supporting documents and maintain databases
Cash Flow & Forecasting
– Issue monthly cash flow forecasts
– Track payroll and operational expenses
– Coordinate with traders for timely fund transfers
– Participate in budgeting and planning
Banking Support & Compliance
– Prepare documentation for bank accounts
– Handle KYC, onboarding, and compliance
– Respond to bank and regulator requests
– Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements
Administrative & Operational Processes
– Maintain up-to-date banking documentation
– Support internal documentation flow
– Coordinate communication between teams
– Optionally assist with financial automation and system testing

Requirements:

– 3–5+ years in finance, accounting, or similar roles
– Experience in investment, brokerage, fintech, or outsourced accounting is a plus
– Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
– Understanding of IFRS and Cyprus tax system preferred
– Experience with banks, KYC, compliance
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Russian required, English Intermediate+
– Motivation to grow into a Finance Manager role
