With a focus on transparency, accuracy, and risk management, they are building a strong finance team to support growth and ensure operational excellence.

They are now looking for a Financial Manager to monitor payments, communicate with providers, and support internal financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions, deposit flows, and new user registrations
• Reconcile discrepancies in currency operations with payment providers
• Review and process fund withdrawals
• Investigate financial risks and fraud attempts
• Support internal operations and customer service functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues
• Assist in enhancing financial reporting and internal processes

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a finance-related role
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of reconciliation and risk analysis
• Strong attention to detail and self-organization
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with good communication skills
