Finance & Operations Manager

An international financial services company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to join its team in Limassol.

This is a middle / middle+ level role for a finance-focused specialist who can work independently, manage recurring financial and operational tasks, interact with external service providers, and maintain accuracy across documents, payments, reports and internal registers.

Responsibilities:

Finance — main focus

  • Liaise with external accountants across different jurisdictions, including Cyprus and the UAE.
  • Upload, organise and maintain financial documents, contracts, invoices and supporting materials.
  • Review financial statements and tax calculations prepared by external accountants.
  • Process payments and monitor incoming invoices.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Coordinate documentation for the annual audit.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely processing of financial data.
  • Maintain structured financial records and support smooth finance operations.
  • Support the CFO with recurring finance, reporting and documentation tasks.

Back Office

  • Support transaction recording and reconciliation for client portfolios.
  • Work with Excel and / or a Wealth Asset Management Platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date document flow and internal registers.
  • Track contracts, KYC documentation and related operational records.
  • Monitor signing and circulation of agreements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
  • Help maintain accurate and structured back-office workflows.

Corporate / Migration Support

  • Complete forms and prepare document packages related to migration, corporate filings and KYC/AML procedures.
  • Conduct basic contract checks, including accuracy of details, dates, amounts and supporting information.
  • Coordinate prepared documents with external legal partners.
  • Support corporate documentation processes and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, investment operations, back office or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles, financial reporting and tax-related documentation.
  • Experience working with external accountants, auditors, legal partners or other external service providers.
  • Ability to independently manage recurring financial and operational tasks.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with payments, invoices, reconciliations, reports, registers and structured document flow.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage several parallel processes and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
