We are expanding a local brand across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, growing rapidly and strengthening our team. We are now looking for a Data & Marketing Analyst who will help increase the effectiveness of promo campaigns and CRM activities, transform data into actionable insights, and contribute to building a strong marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Insights:

Evaluate the effectiveness of promo campaigns and CRM communications.
Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for marketing, product, and other teams.
Segment users for various business goals: retention, conversion, monetization.

Strategy & Optimization:

Contribute to the development of CRM and promo strategies.
Build and maintain analytical dashboards (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel).
Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, identifying successful approaches and areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Operational Support:

Work closely with marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams to improve campaign performance.
Maintain a knowledge base of best practices, lessons learned, and insights for future campaigns.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, promo, and/or CRM.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
Experience in user segmentation and data‑driven recommendations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills: ability to turn numbers into clear actions.
Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets is a strong advantage.
