CRM / Retention Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced CRM / Retention Manager to join our team and drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth for a fast-growing sweepstakes casino product. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to build and scale a data-driven CRM function with a strong focus on automation, experimentation, and AI-powered optimization

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and optimize the CRM ecosystem using Customer.io
  • Design and execute CRM strategies for a sweepstakes casino product
  • Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App channels
  • Create, maintain, and improve automated customer journeys and trigger-based workflows
  • Conduct rapid A/B testing cycles (hypothesis → launch → analysis → scaling)
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, personalization, and CRM optimization
  • Segment users and manage communication across different lifecycle stages and cohorts
  • Develop and enhance VIP and loyalty programs
  • Analyze campaign performance and its impact on key business metrics
  • Drive improvements in LTV, ARPPU, retention, and churn metrics
  • Identify and implement new retention and reactivation strategies

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager, Retention Manager, or similar role within iGaming or sweepstakes casino projects
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io (required)
  • Proven experience building end-to-end customer journeys (Activation → Retention → VIP → Reactivation)
  • Strong experience creating and optimizing automated workflows and trigger-based campaigns
  • Solid A/B testing expertise with a fast experimentation mindset
  • Practical experience using AI tools for content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization
  • Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, In-App)
  • Experience developing and managing VIP and loyalty programs
  • Strong understanding of key CRM and business metrics, including LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Retention, and Churn
  • Experience with user segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Strong ownership mindset and motivation to build scalable retention systems that directly impact revenue
