CRM Manager — Lifecycle, Retention & Monetization

Swipey.AI builds AI Companions — entertainment at the intersection of tech and desire. Our UA engine is world-class at buying users. Your job: make them stay, come back, and spend. You’ll own everything after the click — the full journey from first deposit to loyal rebilling fan.

This isn’t email scheduling. It’s retention strategy: building a high-volume lifecycle machine and compounding LTV cohort over cohort.

Responsibilities:

Lifecycle & Automation — Build and own the full lifecycle across email, push, and in-product: onboarding, activation, monetization, rebill, churn-save.

Retention & Monetization (the core) — Turn one-time depositors into repeat and rebilling payers. Grow ARPU and cohort LTV. Measured on repeat-purchase rate, rebill retention, and revenue-per-user — not open rates.

Deliverability — Our sending infrastructure is already built; you own it going forward. Audit it, find the gaps, and drive improvements with our dev/tech team. Keep an adult-content sender landing in the inbox — reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, warmup, rotation. You set strategy; the tech team executes.

Segmentation & Testing — Behavior- and value-based segments (RFM, spend tiers, affinity). Relentless A/B testing. Live in Mixpanel; every flow earns its place with numbers.

Requirements:

● 2+ years high-volume CRM / lifecycle / retention marketing — ideally adult, dating, gaming, iGaming, or subscription entertainment.

● You think in LTV, ARPU, rebill, and cohort economics — not vanity metrics.

● Hands-on with ESP / CRM tools (Ongage, Iterable, Braze, Customer.io) and push (OneSignal). Comfortable with complex branching journeys.

● Enough deliverability know-how in a gray/adult context to assess a sender setup and steer fixes — you won’t build it alone, but you’ll know what “good” looks like.

● Strong English and sharp, on-brand copy instincts (bold, young, sexy).
