Responsibilities:

Own the studio operating system: intake, prioritization, weekly planning, production schedules, QA, delivery, and asset library management.
Translate performance needs into production-ready briefs (angles, formats, deliverables, deadlines).
Enforce shipping cadence: weekly test-plan delivery for paid + weekly creative packs for affiliates + social needs.
Create scalable templates: naming conventions, overlays, motion kits, versioning rules, reusable systems.
Run post-launch feedback loops with Growth: what won, why it won, what we test next.

Requirements:

5+ years running creative production/creative operations; experience managing a studio/pipeline.
Proven experience leading a multi-lane creative pipeline supporting performance marketing.
Operational excellence and leadership; high tempo without chaos.
Motion design hands-on experience.
Strong judgment on hooks, pacing, offers, and iteration (direct-response instincts).
