Our client is a major international player in the iGaming industry. Operating at the forefront of technology, they value quality and know how to deliver a premium customer experience. They are currently looking for a Creative Designer.

Responsibilities:

Develop advertising creatives: banners, animations, videos
UI/UX design: create layouts in Figma, apply user‑friendly interface principles
Product visual style: maintain consistent brand identity, design landing pages and PWA products
Animation and video editing: work in After Effects or Premiere to produce dynamic ad materials
Idea generation: propose new visual solutions to boost conversion and test hypotheses together with marketing and media buying teams

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in iGaming
Solid understanding of the industry specifics
Knowledge of trends and cultural nuances
Ability to adapt visuals for the Turkish market, considering local preferences and restrictions
Participation in creative testing, result analysis, and quick iterations based on CTR/CR metrics
Basic copywriting skills
Ability to integrate text into visuals to enhance messaging without overloading the design
Strong teamwork skills
Portfolio with relevant cases — examples of ad creatives, landing pages, animations
