Country Manager Uzbekistan (iGaming)

An international iGaming company operating under a global license is expanding its presence in Uzbekistan and is seeking an experienced leader to drive operational and commercial growth in the region, ensuring sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Product & Marketing Audit 

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current website and product: UX/UI, localization, payment solutions, registration/verification, betting lines, margins, bonuses, mobile version, etc.
  • Assess the effectiveness of partner and marketing tools: tracking, landing pages, creatives, promo codes, analytics, referral links.

 

Identify and document:

  • Must have: critical blockers preventing growth and profitability, with priorities and recommendations.
  • Nice to have: secondary improvements impacting conversion, retention, and brand.
  • For each gap: evaluate impact on key metrics (registrations, deposits, NGR, LTV, ROI) and propose realistic, market‑adapted solutions.

 

2. Market & Partner Network Development

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Uzbekistan market.
  • Expand the partner network: online affiliates, offline partners, cash desks/terminals, media, and opinion leaders.
  • Initiate and manage deals in collaboration with internal teams (Affiliate, Offline, Marketing).
  • Ensure transparent and consistent communication with partners: maintain active relationships, monitor commitments, and achieve KPIs for traffic and profitability.

 

3. Performance Management & Analytics

  • Continuously monitor key metrics across market, partners, and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports: affiliates, offline points, registrations, deposits, NGR, unit economics.
  • Recommend optimizations for conditions, promotions, and product activities with a focus on profitability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Uzbekistan in roles such as Regional/Country Manager, Affiliate Lead, or VIP/Partner Manager.
  • Proven track record: launching or scaling projects, growing active user base and revenue, managing key affiliates and offline partners.
  • Established network of contacts: RS/CPA/Hybrid affiliates, offline partners, cash desks, and terminals.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in Russian and Uzbek (mandatory); English is a plus.
  • Proficiency with PC tools, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and partners simultaneously while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical mindset and results‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independence, responsibility, and ability to deliver results.
