Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan for market entry and scaling in Chile and Argentina
Establish and strengthen partnerships with local operators, ad networks, payment providers, and regulators
Conduct in‑depth analysis of the local iGaming industry, study user behavior, and identify growth opportunities
Manage operational processes and coordinate marketing and advertising activities
Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements
Prepare reports and maintain ongoing communication with international management

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in iGaming (operations, marketing, partnerships, business development)
Understanding of Latin American markets, preferably Chile and Argentina
Excellent communication skills; English/Portuguese/Spanish is a plus
Strong skills in strategic planning, leadership, and decision‑making
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environmen
