We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy, development, and execution. This role requires deep expertise in iGaming, strong technical skills, and a strategic vision for both B2B and B2C gaming ecosystems. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, optimize user experience, and ensure seamless integrations with third-party providers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Lead the product team in developing and optimizing both B2B and B2C solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM, third-party service providers, and game providers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with business goals.
• Oversee the creation of technical product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and market readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or similar role in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C iGaming platforms, including casino platforms, CRM systems, and third-party integrations.
• Technical expertise in writing clear and detailed product requirements for developers and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs, user behavior, and performance metrics.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
