Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

A technology company developing a private browser and an ecosystem of products around it with an emphasis on protecting user data. This is a global B2C product with a subscription model: premium subscriptions bring in ~80% of revenue.

About the role
We are looking for a CMO who will lead marketing and ensure high-quality growth of the user base with positive unit economics. The current CMO will assist as mentor and support.
You will have a formed team of 4 people and your own AI/ML platform (ad factory), which automates a significant part of routine marketing tasks – your task is to manage the system and make strategic + tactical decisions.
Specifics of the role: we work under restrictions on classic marketing tools (pixels, collection of user data, etc.) – this is dictated by the product itself. We need a person who knows how to grow a product without the usual tracking arsenal.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the growth of new users while maintaining the target ROI
Desired indicators
1 month – 30k
3 months – 150k
6 months – 250k
12 months – 500k
When these results are achieved, the budget is scaled.
• Manage the marketing team and ad factory platform
• Make decisions based on data, unit economics and impact on P&L
• Cut off “pseudo growth” and low-quality traffic; scale what really works
• Participate in offline communication of the team in Cyprus

Requirements:

• Experience in senior marketing roles in B2C, preferably in the promotion of mobile applications
• Strong data-driven thinking, understanding of unit economics and P&L
• Proven “make things happen” approach – willingness to work with your hands and bring measurable results
• English B1+ (required), Russian language
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus or have a long-term presence there
