We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a global product development company with 300+ professionals across the US, Canada, Cyprus, Ukraine, and Georgia — is looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team.

The company builds and scales its own digital businesses in the fields of web development, online entertainment, affiliate marketing, design, and payment infrastructure. This is not an outsourcing role — the CFO will be an integral driver of business growth and cross-border financial execution.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute global financial strategy in alignment with company goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, M&A initiatives, tax planning
Evaluate and recommend process, systems, and structural improvements

Finance Operations

Oversee cash flow, liquidity, investments, and assets across regions
Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial partners, and PSPs
Develop predictive models and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Accounting & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Cyprus and international regulations
Manage internal controls, coordinate audits, and prepare reporting
Lead tax strategy and financial transparency efforts

Corporate Development

Support long-term planning, investor relations, and high-impact projects
Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and Board
Manage and scale a cross-regional finance team (currently 10–20 people)

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
Background in digital, gaming, payments, or online entertainment
Experience managing multi-jurisdictional corporate structures
Fluent in English & Russian
Strong knowledge of KYC, crypto payment systems, and banking
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proficient in M&A strategy, international accounting standards, and tax compliance
Tech-savvy — modern finance tools, dashboards, reporting systems
Confident leader able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
