A fast-growing premium hospitality brand with strong operational foundations is entering an active phase of international expansion. The company is launching in Dubai and planning further growth across Europe.

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who will drive global expansion and scale the business internationally.

The CBDO will act as a second-in-command to the CEO, fully responsible for business growth, international expansion, franchising strategy, and new market launches.

This is not a corporate reporting role — we are looking for someone who can build, launch, negotiate, structure, and execute.

Responsibilities:

• Lead international expansion (Dubai, Europe, new markets)
• Develop and execute franchising strategy
• Identify and secure new locations
• Oversee full-cycle project development (lease negotiations, CAPEX planning, construction, licensing, launch)
• Structure franchise packages and partner agreements
• Work directly with investors and strategic partners
• Build and lead expansion teams (BD, development, franchise management)
• Define growth KPIs and ensure financial performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scaling hospitality / HoReCa businesses
• Experience in international market entry
• Direct franchising experience (not theoretical)
• Strong background in physical project launches
• Experience managing CAPEX and development budgets
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
• Fluent English
