CBDO (iGaming Provider)

The company is in the process of scaling its partner network. The CBDO is a key hire whose task is to build and develop the commercial function, ensure operator acquisition, and revenue growth. The BD team is being built from the ground up—the candidate is responsible for recruitment, structure, and processes. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Developing B2B partnerships with online casinos (Tier 1-3 operators)
• Onboarding new operators: distribution deals, licensing, revshare
• Negotiating commercial terms, closing deals
• Scaling presence in key markets (EU, LATAM, Asia)
• Working with aggregators (SoftSwiss, Slotegrator, EveryMatrix, etc.)
• Managing the BD team (recruitment, KPIs, processes)
• Account management of closed deals: CBDO and its team manage partners after integration, develop volume, and retain operators
• Participation in product strategy: which games to develop based on market demand
• Participation in professional conferences (ICE, SBC, G2E, etc.)

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements
Hard Requirements:
• 3+ years in iGaming (required)
• Experience specifically on the provider/aggregator/platform side — understanding of game distribution and networking among casinos and aggregators
• Strong network among casino operators (Tier-1 and Tier-2)
• Proven experience closing B2B deals (revshare/licensing)
• Basic understanding of game mechanics: RTP, volatility, retention metrics
• Knowledge of regulations: MGA, Curaçao, UKGC — critical for deals
• Fluent English (negotiations, contracts)

Nice to have:
• Experience with the crash/instant games segment
• Experience entering new GEOs (LATAM/Asia)
• Direct contacts in Tier-1 operators
• Experience participating in industry conferences (ICE London, SBC Summit, etc.)

Position KPIs
• Number of connected operators and aggregators in Quarter
• GGR / revenue from new partnerships (key metric)
• Time-to-integration (speed from negotiations to launch)
• Portfolio size of active operators
