We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking a BDM / Sales Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth in the iGaming industry. This role requires strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting products, and closing deals with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via LinkedIn and personal networking.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
• Manage legal and technical onboarding of new clients.
• Delegate new customers to account managers after onboarding completion.
• Collaborate with account managers, marketing, legal, and integration teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in the iGaming/Gaming industry is a plus.
• Soft skills: Responsibility, ability to work both independently and in a team, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
