Business Development Manager (Sales Manager)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency and our client is a cutting-edge provider of payment solutions for businesses across all industries: from traditional e-commerce to bold high-risk ventures (gambling, betting, crypto, trading, forex and other challenging verticals).

We are looking for a BDM / Sales Manager who will set the direction and drive the results.

Responsibilities:

  • Display a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the whole business development & sales cycle
  • Identification of growth points: new regions, payment methods, API modules, upsales, new clients and partners
  • Manage the whole sales cycle with a client and take full responsibility for the closure of the deal.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize the chances of closing the deal (Legal, Tech Support, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Partnerships teams)
  • All pricing negotiation, internal approvals, and presentation of offer to the client.
  • Attend all industry conferences and events

Requirements:

  • Have 2-4 years of full-time business development and sales experience
  • Experience with Africa, India, LATAM would be a plus
  • Hands-on experience working in B2B SaaS or Fintech, familiar with high-risk industries ( (gambling, betting, crypto, trading, forex and via). Understand the specifics of sales in the industries
  • Can think strategically but also roll up your sleeves and personally launch the sales
  • Have experience leading the whole sales cycle and keep consistent sales flow with solid performance metrics. Actively develop client relations, partnerships and upsell new products.
  • Feel comfortable working independently and ready to grow within the team and company, take challenges and responsibility for the execution
  • Strong ownership mindset – we are looking for builders, not managers
  • Ability to work independently
  • English B2+
