We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-growing FinTech product company building a bridge between Web2 and Web3. This EU-authorised platform enables crypto and fiat payment processing, one-time and recurring transfers, automated mass payouts, seamless fund conversion, and accountant-friendly reporting — all within a single dashboard. The company is scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate global growth.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to expand market reach, build high-impact partnerships, and drive sales for a crypto-first financial platform. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong FinTech network, international mindset, and a track record in B2B partnerships. You will represent the company at global events, build new channels, and shape the go-to-market motion in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth plans
• Develop and manage long-term B2B partnerships with FinTech players, SaaS platforms, crypto services, and more
• Represent the company at international conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings
• Work cross-functionally to relay market insights to the product and strategy teams
• Align business development efforts with overall company vision and quarterly targets
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales outcomes
• Provide regular reporting on progress, opportunities, and market dynamics to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or biz-dev roles in IT, SaaS, FinTech, or related verticals
• Experience in crypto payments, ad networks, hosting, or marketplaces is a strong plus
• Existing network of warm leads or prospective partners relevant to the product
• Fluent English is required; Russian or other languages are a plus
• Willingness to attend international conferences and business events
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset and ability to exceed performance goals
• Strategic thinker with analytical ability to interpret market data and act on it
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment
