Business Development Manager (E-commerce / iGaming)

Our agency is currently hiring on behalf of an international performance marketing client operating in the E-commerce and iGaming industries.

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager who understands the affiliate/performance ecosystem and knows how to build long-term partnerships with advertisers worldwide.

Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing company working with global markets (WW) across E-commerce and iGaming verticals.

The team specializes in user acquisition, in-app traffic, media buying, and scaling performance campaigns through strategic partnerships and data-driven approaches.

They operate in a highly dynamic environment with strong technical expertise, fast decision-making processes, and a results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new advertisers and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other channels
  • Lead initial negotiations, discovery calls, and client presentations
  • Collaborate closely with media buying and product teams
  • Prepare commercial proposals, media plans, forecasts, and performance estimations
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and CRM processes
  • Analyze outreach and sales performance metrics
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and online meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • Business Development
    • Affiliate Marketing
    • Performance Marketing
    • Sales within digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce and/or iGaming markets
  • Experience working with international partners and advertisers
  • Knowledge of in-app traffic and performance marketing models
  • Understanding of tracking systems, postbacks, API/S2S integrations
  • Experience with platforms such as:
    • AppsFlyer
    • Adjust
    • AppMetrica
    • Keitaro
    • Affise
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in an agency or performance marketing company
  • Existing network within affiliate/performance industries
  • Experience working with media buying teams
  • Technical understanding of traffic sources and campaign optimization
