Responsibilities:

Build and develop the company’s brand in the global B2B fintech/payments space
Create and implement a marketing strategy, including brand positioning, tone of voice, and value proposition
Manage all brand and communication assets: decks, presentations, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns
Oversee social media and content marketing (with internal team or contractors)
Organize and support company participation in global events and expos (e.g., SiGMA, Money2020, iFX, etc.)
Conduct competitive analysis, gather marketing insights, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within fintech, payments, crypto, or SaaS
Proven track record of building or scaling a B2B brand internationally
Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and experience in high-risk verticals is a plus
Hands-on approach, ability to work with and manage external creatives (designers, writers, production teams)
Fluent English, both written and spoken — a must

Nice to Have

Previous work with crypto, gambling, or forex brands
Experience with event marketing and partnerships
Familiarity with email marketing, basic analytics tools, and Webflow/WordPress
Interest in creative experimentation, storytelling, and brand identity building
