We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a fast-growing restaurant chain expanding across Cyprus. With two operating locations in Limassol and two new openings in Paphos, the company is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Chef to lead their culinary direction. The focus is on delivering exceptional Pan-Asian cuisine, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all locations

As Brand Chef, you will take full ownership of menu development, kitchen operations, and culinary quality control. You will manage and grow the kitchen team, optimize food costs, and drive culinary innovation across multiple locations. This role requires strong expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine, leadership skills, and a passion for creativity and public engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and executes a profitable, balanced, and trend-driven menu, including seasonal and limited-time offers
• Maintains focus on Pan-Asian cuisine, with experience in meat preparation considered a plus
• Implements standardized kitchen workflows, food safety protocols, and HACCP regulations across all locations
• Manages a culinary team of 2 head chefs and 20+ kitchen staff, with future growth expected
• Conducts ABC analysis, food cost control, and supplier negotiations for cost-efficient procurement
• Leads culinary training programs and ensures adherence to brand standards
• Proposes and delivers seasonal specials, holiday menus, and public events, while maintaining an active social media presence
• Selects high-quality suppliers at competitive prices for ingredient sourcing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Brand Chef or Executive Chef in multi-location restaurant concepts
• Strong expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine (mandatory); additional cuisine experience is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent industry training; participation in masterclasses is advantageous
• Proficiency with iiko, ABC analysis, food cost control, and kitchen automation
• Strong background in budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
• Proven ability to lead large kitchen teams, onboard new staff, and uphold culinary standards
• Willingness to engage in PR activities, events, and social media promotions
• Fluent English (B2+); Russian language is a plus
