We are now expanding the team and looking for a BizDev B2C who will grow the client pipeline and help media buyers scale through Moloco efficiently.

Responsibilities:

— Handle inbound leads
— Conduct initial qualification and communication (calls/messages)
— Lead clients through onboarding until payment and hand over to the account team
— Support clients throughout the entire lifecycle
— Search for new clients (cold outreach)
— Work with objections using approved scripts
— Perform upsells and additional sales
— Achieve sales targets and participate in setting KPIs

Requirements:

— Experience in sales within traffic arbitrage services or in a BizDev role inside an arbitrage team
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Native-level Russian
— English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
— Experience working with CRM systems

Nice to have:

— Experience in the iGaming vertical
— Experience in agencies providing ad account rentals or buying services
