As we continue to expand our global presence, we are hiring a Key Account Manager to take ownership of strategic client relationships, support growth initiatives, and bring structured excellence to our account operations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance across the company and its business units
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gaming products
Monitor and interpret key financial KPIs
Identify risks and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Collaborate with internal departments on budgeting and financial planning
Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior leadership and partners

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry
Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and team collaboration skills
Fluency in Russian and English (verbal and written)

Nice to Have

Experience working with high-risk payment verticals or multinational business units
Familiarity with regulatory financial reporting in iGaming
Background in working closely with marketing, product, or operations teams
